In the second and third installments of the horror drama combining mystery and supernatural, the main antagonist Billy Hargrove drives a Chevrolet Camaro Z/28. He is seen, and heard, most of the time driving the vehicle towards Hawkins High School in 1984 and, in 1985, Billy uses the vehicle to transport his victims to the Brimborn Steel Works steel mill while it is occupied by the Mind Flayer. During the last episode of season 3, Billy attempts to use the Camaro to run over the heroes of the series, but he is hit from the side by Steve Harrington driving another vehicle, the "TODFTHR". Although the Camaro is completely demolished in the collision, Billy escapes with relatively few injuries.
